Delete your account
Your trips are yours, and so is the choice to walk away. You can permanently delete your Moodora account and its synced data at any time — instantly from inside the app, or by asking our team below. No hoops, no retention traps.

Profile → Delete account
Open Moodora, go to your Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. It happens immediately — your synced data is erased and you're signed out.
Can't open the app?
Ask us by email
Write to trinxsolution@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Moodora account". Emailing from your account address lets us verify it's really you before we delete anything.
How long it takes
In-app: instant · Email: within 30 days
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are actioned by a real person, usually within a few days and always within 30 days. We'll confirm once it's done.
What deletion removes
- Your account and profile (email, display name, avatar, language, home city/country).
- All synced trips, itineraries, saved destinations and mood check-ins.
- Your travel journals and any journal photos stored on our servers.
- Your conversations with the AI planner.
What we may keep, briefly
- Minimal, non-content records — usage metering, security logs, consumed purchase receipts and enforcement history — kept for a limited period where we have a legal obligation or a legitimate interest in preventing abuse (e.g. stopping a banned account from returning).

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Your trips, journals and chats can't be restored afterwards — export or note anything you want to keep first.
